Washington Redskins defensive end Adam Carriker and Chuck Carroll are back with another episode of 4th & Pain — the only pro wrestling show hosted by an NFL player.

The show kicked off this week with a look at the returns of Vince McMahon and Vader, whom Heath Slater faced on Monday Night Raw. It was awesome to see them both on camera again . . . both Adam and Chuck agreed on that!

Plus, AJ is straight LOCO! She’s kissing Kane, she’s in C.M. Punk’s corner, she’s laughing, she’s skipping, she’s in catfights with Vickie Guerrero . . . Where does it end with this 95-pound pistol of a Diva?!

Then, Adam officially earned his media stripes when he and Chuck interviewed the aforementioned WWE Superstar Heath Slater. It was Adam’s first time ASKING the questions.

As it turns out, Slater isn’t necessarily the biggest Redskins fan, but Adam and Chuck were only too happy to bring him up to date on the team. “The One Man Southern Rock Band” spoke a lot about wrestling Vader in his return match. Like Chuck, Slater had nightmares about Vader growing up. There’s just something about that old mask of his!

Slater also revealed who the biggest NFL fans in the WWE were. John Cena is one, but the other two were VERY surprising (BOOM!).

Slater will be in Baltimore on Tuesday night when WWE tapes Smackdown. Bell time is set for 7 p.m. at First Mariner Arena and tickets are still available.

The guys answered YOUR questions in the mailbag, Adam revealed his favorite movie and talked about his pregame meal (Wilfred Brimley would be proud).

Adam also fielded questions about the upgrades in the secondary, how impressive Brandon Meriweather has been, Robert Griffin III, the dangers of backyard wrestling and more.

In the final segment, Adam and Chuck made their picks for WWE No Way Out as the Laroning Challenge continues. The Redskins lineman held a 10-pick advantage over his little reporter buddy heading into the pay-per-view.

Plus, they gave a full recap of the Redskins offseason workouts and minicamp. Has Mike Shanahan’s demeanor changed since RGIII joined the squad? Not according to Adam who says the coach has always been confident.

Adam also complimented Chuck for his revealing blog this week in which he confessed he used to eat close to 10,000 calories each day when he still weighed 420 pounds. Chuck has since lost 250 pounds and has become a health advocate.
